The axis kit shop

What is this site for?

This website is an interactive shop owned by axisfirst which is a platform for staff to purchase branded kit/ merchandise and any kit which is required as part of their job role, such as PPE for site visits.

We can extend the range of goods on offer as we grow and listen to feedback from staff about what they would like to see on offer.

There are no options for PPE in the shop currently, if you require PPE please let your line manager or Hr know what you need.

On this site you will be able to shop using corporate vouchers, and purchase more kit should you so wish to, paying for those items separately and directly rather than this being a deduction from salary.

The shop will open on Thursday 21st October and will be closed at 17:00 on Monday 1st November 2021. Any orders placed after this date will not be processed and will miss delivery in 2021, you will able to use your voucher again the next time the kit shop is open, but the voucher can only be used once and in one transaction only. Any voucher balance remaining will be lost. You may not want to spend your voucher this time and wait for next year when there will be more items added it is up to you.

This voucher will not need to be declared on you P11D.
 

What goods will the site carry?

After some feedback on the success of the polo shirts which we used at the Autumn Fair in 2019 and issued as part of the Christmas 2020 gift box,  we have added three different colours.  We have also received some requests from staff about kit to wear visiting client premises,  we have extended the workwear options to include a fleece and a softshell jacket in 2021. 

On Friday 15th October you all received an email to activate your password for kit shop. If you did not do that you can follow the link on your voucher email and reset password.

Following  this email you will each receive another email with your voucher code. This can be used at checkout to receive your discount or used towards or in full payment of an item.

We intend to review the range of items available on a regular basis, and to introduce new products in response to popular demand by staff, so in the event that you have an idea, please keep those suggestions coming and email HR@axisfirst.

We aim to re-open the kit shop in February 2022.
 

Dispatch

Purchased items can be dispatched to either office free of charge for you to collect or can be sent to your home address. If you would prefer the item to come to you at home, there will be a £4.95 delivery charge which will be added to your basket at check out.

As soon as we have received all orders we will process the bulk order. Embroidery and supply may take up to 20 days so we are hoping for delivery and despatch in November.

 

Payment 

The company site uses Opayo as its payment service provider. Any payment due will be taken from your card only when the goods are despatched and will show up on your card statement / account as AXIS FIRST.
